Dr. Sarah Boulet, ND
Licensed Naturopathic Doctor
Virtual Naturopathic Care for Ontario & Manitoba
Welcome! I’m Dr. Sarah Boulet, and my clinical focus is helping individuals navigate the complex intersections of gut health, hormonal changes, and mental well-being (such as anxiety, burnout, and ADHD).
My journey into healthcare didn't start with physical symptoms; it began with the mind. Holding a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from York University, I recognized early on that emotional exhaustion, cognitive fatigue, and mental health challenges rarely exist in a vacuum. The mind and body are intrinsically linked—your gut microbiome dictates your neurotransmitters, your stress hormones drive physical burnout, and transitions like menopause profoundly reshape cognitive function.
By blending psychological insight with rigorous, objective medical data, I provide deep, root-cause healthcare that honors both your physiological needs and your mental well-being.
My Philosophy: "Test, Don't Guess"
I practice evidence-based naturopathic medicine using a collaborative, data-driven approach. I don't believe in generic protocols or broad-spectrum supplement regimens. Instead, we use advanced diagnostics—including targeted conventional blood work, detailed functional stool testing (GI-MAP), and comprehensive hormone assays (DUTCH)—to pinpoint exactly what your body needs.
Because I operate on a hybrid care model, I am able to seamlessly support you wherever you are. I provide secure, convenient virtual consultations to patients across Manitoba and Ontario, paired with dedicated travel dates where I utilize clinical space to meet with patients in person in Brandon, Manitoba.
